Kosher vs Halal

I believe some of you must be ever heard about these words; Kosher and Halal. Both words has powerful meaning for two groups, Moslem and Jewish. Moslem knew Halal as their basic standard to eat foods. Foods with Halal certified made moslem feels more secure to eat. Kosher has the same meaning.


Halal is an Arabic word meaning lawful or permitted. The opposite of halal is haram, which means unlawful or prohibited. Halal and haram are universal terms that applied to all sides of life. However, i’m gonna use these terms only in relation to food products, meat products.

My broken iPod Nano
Well, i post this entry as a hope to help anyone who confused or dont know what to do when your iDevices (Apple Devices) is broken. First, i will tell you the story how i decide to fix my iPod Nano 6th Gen. I bought my iPod Nano about 4 years ago. I always used it to listen MP3 every time o go to my workplace. One day, when my brother who always take me to my workplace by motorbike and i just got out from our home, accidentally i dropped my iPod to asphalt road and the motorbike’s wheel rolled over it. Surprisedly, it makes not much damaged other than the screen glass is cracked. The back of the iPod almost looked fine but a very little dent. And the most surprising was the iPod still worked! It can played song prefectly and the censored under the glass also work perfectly. Even the cracked glass wasnt sharp to touch. WOW!!

What is Montessori Method?

Dua hari lalu Indonesia merayakan Hari Anak Nasional tepatnya pada 23 Juli. Well, sebagai seorang yang pernah terjun ke dunia pendidikan anak, saya ingin berbagi mengenai sebuah metode pendidikan yang cukup sering didengar beberapa tahun belakangan ini di Indonesia. Metode tersebut adalah Metode Montessori.

Montessori pertama kali diperkenalkan oleh seorang dokter bernama Maria Montessori pada tahun 1907 (cukup tua memang). Metode ini kini banyak diterapkan di sistem belajar anak-anak usia pra sekolah. Walaupun pada kenyataannya metode Montessori bisa diterapkan sejak anak lahir hingga usia 18 tahun (walaupun aslinya Maria Montessori hanya dapat membuat transkripnya sampai anak usia 12 tahun karena beliau keburu meninggal). Maria Montessori meyakini bahwa semua anak dilahirkan dengan potensi yang luar biasa, dimana potensi ini hanya akan berkembang apabila orang dewasa yang mengasuhnya memberikan stimulasi yang tepat pada umur-umur pertumbuhan anak tersebut. Stimulasi tersebut berkaitan dengan apa yang terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Karena itulah Metode Montessori ini lebih mudah diterapkan.

Hello, we meet again! Pasti bingung apa artinya judul postingan saya kali ini. Well, Bibliophile is a lover of books; one who loves to read, admire and collect books. Yaps! Itu artinya kali ini saya akan berbagi cerita mengenai kecintaan saya terhadap benda yang bernama BUKU. Yes, everyone knows what book is. Kamus besar bahasa indonesia mengartikan buku sebagai:” buku 1 /bu·ku / n lembar kertas yg berjilid, berisi tulisan atau kosong; kitab.”

Steven Paul Jobs, or we can call him, Steve Jobs born on February 24th, 1955 at San Francisco, California. He was known as Apple Inc co Founder,  a multibillion company that produce Macintosh, iPod, iPhone and its latest product ,iPad. He was risen by foster parents. His childhood wasn’t really good, but he made it through and successfully become the Most Influent Person in Techonology and also in Film.
On 1st April, 1976, Steve and Woz (Steve Wozniak; Apple Founder) built Apple Computer with the very first product Apple 1. They called it Apple because Steve is like to eat the fruit. On 1984, Steve kicked out from Apple because his bad temperamental leadership according to his employers. But then he made another computer company called NEXT. on 20th December 1996, Apple bought NEXT and that was the time of return for Jobs to Apple Computer Inc.
