Think Fast in The Kitchen (Jelly Choco Milk Edition)

Choco Milk Jelly

I just made this dessert/breakfast half an hour ago. What’s inside the glass are on the bottom is plain jelly which i’ve added gelatine and the milk chocolate above the jelly. I was intended to make a Jelly Avocado but when my avocado juice turned to brown-ish after i put it inside my refrigerator, i had a need to change it because it doesn’t look delicious to me anymore. Ha! You still can see the avocado juice in the middle glass, the brown-ish liquid on jelly.

So i change the avocado to my regular milk chocolate. An then voila! My Jelly Avocado turns out to be Jelly Choco Milk! :’D

Yep, sometimes what you expected doesn’t always comes out right. But you need to think fast to find the alternate way. That’s what i learn today (even though its not my first time changing ingredients to my dishes).
